Terms: payment-claims annex

This site uses the same terms as the Adjudicated Settlement Record and Warrant Check. This annex adds the following for construction payment claims.

1. Not an adjudication. A report is not a statutory adjudication, an adjudicator's decision, an expert determination or a court judgment, and may not be presented as one.
2. Not a payment decision. Whether to pay, withhold or dispute rests with the parties.
3. Not legal advice. The checklist and pages are general information. Take advice on time-critical notices.
4. Your inputs. A report reads only the terms and documents you supply; it does not establish that the work was done or that its value is correct.
